Prayer: Ask God to abide deeply with you. Ask God to transform the longings in your heart. Spend time telling him he is enough. Confess the longings that have come before him. Thank him for the spiritual reformation that he is doing in you.

Contemplation: Silently enjoy God's Presence.

Discipline to Practice: Reflect on this passage. Write in a journal or notebook how it makes you feel. What does it make you think? Is there a truth to be lived today?
“Every minute you are thinking of evil, you might have been thinking of good instead. Refuse to pander to a morbid interest in your own misdeeds.
Pick yourself up, be sorry, shake yourself, and go on again.”
-Evelyn Underhill
